1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Neofood app, operated by Neofood B.V., registered at Strickledeweg 53, 3125 AT Schiedam, The Netherlands, KVK 97583421, to browse products and submit wholesale orders as a registered business customer. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Who can order

The app is intended for business customers. Orders are placed by an authenticated account holder on behalf of the business associated with that account.

3. Orders and pricing

Adding items to your cart and submitting an order is a request to purchase, not a binding sale. An order is only confirmed once Neofood B.V. accepts it in the app. Prices and availability shown in the app may change until an order is confirmed.

4. No in-app payment

The app does not process payments. Payment for confirmed orders is arranged directly between you and Neofood B.V. outside the app, for example by bank transfer or an existing account arrangement, according to the payment terms agreed with Neofood B.V.

5. Pickup

Orders are collected at the pickup date, time window, and location communicated in the app or agreed with Neofood B.V. Please arrive with the contact details provided in your order.

6. Cancellations and changes

Order changes or cancellations must be requested through the app or by contacting Neofood B.V. directly. They may not be possible once an order has been confirmed or fulfilled.

7. Account and deletion

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete Account. Account deletion removes your active account, profile, synced cart and favorites, draft orders, and account-bound notifications. Submitted orders are retained where required for tax, accounting, or audit purposes.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law. Otherwise, liability of Neofood B.V. in connection with the app is limited to the value of the affected order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
