Delete your Neofood account

Delete in the app

You can delete a Neofood account directly in the app without contacting support. Go to Profile > Delete Account, then confirm the permanent deletion prompt.

What is deleted

Once completed, deletion permanently removes your Firebase Auth account and Neofood profile, including synced cart and favorites, draft orders, push tokens, and account-bound notifications. Local copies of the active cart and favorites are also cleared.

What is retained

Submitted orders and records necessary for tax, accounting, or audit purposes are retained for the period required by Dutch law. They are no longer linked to an active Neofood account.

If you cannot access the app

Contact info@neofood.nl from the email address associated with your account. We may need information to verify that the request relates to the account before helping.
